Taste Notes

tasted on oct22: good carbonation. light cascade citrus on the nose with malt in the background carrying some grassiness from the mosaic. upon tasting, a background layer of stone fruit aroma gives way to the sweetness from dry biscuit malt accentuated by mosaic's passion fruit character. served very cold which may mask some slight grassiness. wonderful malt sweetness balanced by strong fruit flavors/aroma countered by a firm, perceptible bitterness.
