Notes

Add 5 lbs Pumpkin puree to the mash water. Mash with the pumpkin sollution. Use rice hulls (pre soaked)to help with stuck sparge. Pumpkin spice: 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp ground clove 1/4 tsp graded fresh nutmeg
