Notes

Add 30g gypsum to mash (not water). Acid: Add 20ml to mash water and 30l to water tun. Heat 63l @75c in mash tun..Use 80g safale.... Strike 63l at 75c.. Lauter 90l at 66...124 l into boil tun.
