Light body, sweet/tart finish that complements the strong Raspberry and subtle anise flavor. The anise, ginger and fruity aromas were noticeable but black pepper wasn't too much. Well-balanced hop bitterness. Dry-hopping provided a subtle EKG aroma/flavor.
