Notes
Prepared water was 6 gallons reverse osmosis and 6 gallons Coon Rapids tap water treated with a smidgeon spoon of powdered sodium metabisulfate to react the chlorine (results in calcium chloride in the water which is good for a pilsner).
I treated with a slightly rounded 1/4 teaspon of super moss at 10 minutes left in the boil.
Set Johnson controller to 46F and fermented at 48-50F in primary. Left it in primary for 6 weeks. Bottled with 5.5 ounces of corn sugar. Used oxygen absorbing caps.
