Notes

Mash grains as normal, boil for 5 minutes to kill any unwanted bugs Cool to under 90 and pitch goodbelly and seal kettle. Keep above 70 for 3-4 days At day 3 measure pH. It's good aorund 3.25 Reboil again with hops as normal Cool, pitch 644. Ferment at least 2 weeks
