17.06.16. hmm.. smaker fortreffelig. litt lite bitter. bør øke bitterheten noe.. tviler på den er på IBU 38. mye smak fra tørrhumlingen.. vil nok bli nor mjukere i smakene om noen veker.

17.05 16 kopiert fra #11 . endret gjær fra WLP001 til US05 tørrgjær. bytta ut citra med amarillo og økt bitterhumle litt for å ende på IBU38 som sist. rehydration instructions Sprinkle the yeast in minimum 10 times its weight of sterile water or wort at 27°c ± 3°C (80°F ± 6°F).
