WLP 545. 10/6 16: 66 % viab. Feil gjær. Skulle vært 570. Pitcher 1 M/ml oP. Trenger 205 g DME. 16,5 l mesk: 3,3 g CaSO4, 1,7 g CaCl2. Glemte melkesyre. pH: 5,35. Ikke så ille. 26 l skyll: 5,2 g CaSO4, 2,6 g CaCl2. Husk at sukker tar plass! Må dra av 1 liter når det er så mye som her.
