Notes
Racked onto cake from quad brew - no new yeast pitched. Racked at 77f, aerated, then chilled to 68. The quad yeast cake gave it a darker color than beersmith estimted. .
I sparged with only 5 gallons and still had 0.5 gallons left over in the kettle. Beersmith doesn't take into account the volume of the liquid candi sugar, apparently, but I think there is also something else off in my volume calculations.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
