Senke PH til 5.2 i mesk Kjøl ned til 85 grader - whirlpool i 20 minutter - før det kjøles til 20 grader og pitching av gjær. All trub i gjæringsbøtta, men sil bort store partikler. Etter 4 dager på 17 grader, øk med 2 grad pr. dag til 22. Hold den der til til flasking. Tørrhumle ved 22 grader
