Notes

Very efficient mash and high boil off. Hit nearly 1.060 so added 3 litres boiling water at end of boil. Gravity into fermenter 1.052 - about 23 litres. Beer brewed in cellar at around 18 degrees then lagered in shed on rooftop in winter conditions is the plan.
