Taste Notes

Very tasty. Brewed a few times now and always good. Don't notice the strength at all. Probably drop the cacao and up vanilla and bourbon next time. Or cacao and rum? That might work... Off target gravity by about 5. Which was annoying.

Notes

Vanilla bourbon cacao nibs in dry. Next time will add just vanilla then bottle with bourbon.
