Taste Notes

This is the low ABV version of Yooper's American IPA Dogfish Head 60min Clone.--------------Used Thomas Fawcett amber malt--------------- Mash @ 152F--------------------Fermentation temp @ 66F----------------------Yeast cells needed (in billions) : 262-------------------------1.3 pkg of US-05 (rehydrated)------------------Hops were added as continous- first warrior for the first 25 minutes, then all mixed continuously at 35 minutes.
