Taste Notes
After 3 months a little too much from the Muscovado sugar. After 9 months, delicious. Really balanced. Sadly only 6 bottles made it that far. Will make again. Tweaked to have less sugar or maybe dark Candi crystals.Notes
Hit target gravity, with hindsight would have held back on chocolate to lighten colour a tad. First Gold hops from allotment, dried over the week and smell amazing. Well, I think they're first Gold...!This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
