Notes
1 tsp CaCl, 1/3 tsp Epsom salt, 1/3 tsp gypsum. 2/3 distilled water. Mashed at 146 for 5 min, 149 for 75 min. 1.6 L starter - first time with White Labs pure pitch. SG = 1.056. Pitched within 7 hours at 55 degrees. Dropped to 48 degrees within 18 hours and maintained temp there. Day 8 moved to storage room @ 70 degrees for diacetyl rest. Day 9 gravity sample = 1.01. Day 14 gravity sample = 1.009. Moved to fridge to lager on day 14. Kegged on August 20.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
