Taste Notes

Very close to the original! Pre-fermentation sample tasted very bitter, this balanced out post-conditioning.

Notes

Corrected bittering amounts. Used only bittering and whirlpool additions in kettle. Dry hopped with pellets directly in FV, injected CO2 into bottom dump valve @3psi for 30 sec to circulate hops after 3 days.
