Taste NotesOut of primary there is definately a corona taste, however tastes astringenty puckering your mouth a bit... my ph during mash was at 5.6, and i mashed a little too long. Still had a hint of dogfarts from the yeast, but read this can mellow out.
-Out of secondary and into the bottling bucket this beer tastes very good, almost exactly like stella artois... but less bitter, will add a bit of bittering hops to the next run. but this is very good beer!
Notes-Will try to re-create this with an all grain bill, the flaked corn is hard to locate in my neck of the woods, so will have to try fresh corn and rice mash... i suppose it wouldnt do the flavor any harm.
