Notes

Used 1.6L starter, made the day before. 5.1 gallons from the kettle to the carboy, plus another 0.4 gallons from the starter = 5.5 gallons.Measured 1.035 SG at 162f 7 gallons before boil, without additional sugars. Added all sugars at 15 minutes left in boil.
