Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 76.5% AA for WLP002 at 65.5C. (Last beer was a bit low at 66C so dropping mash temp a bit but don't want to go too thin - I could be seeing new figures for the RIMS system, haven't used WLP002 for ages) 360ml harvested WLP002 Amber Balanced water
