http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/kbs-clone-recipe-zymurgy-185487/ Sub De-bittered black malt for Black Patent 2.5 oz Belgian bittersweet chocolate (15 mins of boil) 1.5 oz unsweetened cocoa nibs (15 mins of boil) I removed the coffee because I thought it would be too much. I did leave in the chocolate. Recommended to keep in primary for a month. Also recommended to keep in secondary for 3-4 months.
