boil hops - northern brewer not as sweet as batch 4 with the EK Goldings. definately use the EK Goldings next time.
After time in the secondary, it tastes yummy. not hoppy, but sweet.
After two weeks in the bottle, more body than batch 4. Tastes very good, I like this batch better than batch 4.Notes
