Notes
Used Gorst Valley Hops except Galena. Used Kolsch II 2675. Cultured yeast to yeast bank. Vigorous yeast activity. Blew the top of my bucket fermenter with 1.5 gallons of head space!! Secondaried on day three. Little to no noticable secondary activity. Hydrometer sample tasted great. Cold Crashed on day 6. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
