Blandet alt. Måtte varme honningen for å få den ut av krukkene. Varm dem i ovnen neste gang! Totalt 25 liter i karet. Vent 3-4 dager. Gjærer det? Skyll og stek gesho (150 grader i ovnen) til den er tørr (og sikkert desinfisert) Bland i karet rett fra ovnen (varmt) Bland i karet 1 SS gurkemeie i humlepose Vent 3-4 uker. Filtrer bort Gesho etc. og Flask! Evt tilsett mer honning om det ikke smaker søtt nok.
