Mash settled at 148 °F 28 mins in Added 12 oz 212° water. tempt now 149.5° 28 min mash pH 5.31 at 76° 52 min mash pH 5.30 at 81° Pre boil pH 5.38 at 71° Post boil pH 5.29 at 77° Pitched yeast on Sunday at 10AM 9/16/16 11AM 1.022 9/20/16 3PM 1.012 1.010 at kegging. Need to add 3 feet of bev line.
