Notes

Absolutely f-ed up the chemistry. Did a direct scale of a smaller batch, water chemistry was way out, did not realize it until the Mash ingredients had negative salt adding. _Bad chemical list 67.63 Gypsum 148.27 Salt mash ( did not include) 75 Epsom 360 Calcium cloride 65.43 Chalk Substitutions : Added 5 boxes of 14oz gram crackers and 12 29oz at sparge only had 13oz Sterling
