Taste Notes
After secondary complete, add Potasium Metabisulfite to kill yeast. Add: 1/4 cup dark brown sugar + 1/8 cup sweet molasses, oak chips soaked in 1/2 c bourbon. Let sit at least 2 weeks.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
