Notes
August 24, 2014
I brewed this beer to have something to serve for Liam's birthday.
With the exception of problems with my mill, the brew day went very smoothly. I hit my volume numbers and only slightly hit below the gravity hitting 1.069 when it was supposed to be 1.071.
The wort is a beautiful color and the hop flavor is very good. Pumped into the fermenter it was at 78 degrees. It took about 4 - 5 hours to chill down to pitching temperature of 63 degrees.

I raised the temp to 65 degrees, per Matt Brynildson's instructions.
