Based on BeerSmith Blog: http://beersmith.com/blog/2011/11/03/sweet-stout-and-milk-stout-recipes/ Swapped our Pilsner for Pale 2-row - no need for pilsner. Added 1lb of Aromatic - increase malt aroma. Added 0.5lb of Rice Hulls - safety measure. Increased batch size from 5 to 5.5 gal - nice to bottle 5 gals. Reduced carbonation from 2.0 to 1.8 vols - shouldn't be too carbonated. Added starter - need lots of active yeast cells! Added servomyces - yeast need food.
