Notes

Laget starter på 0,6 liter, og satte denne på magnetrører i 36 timer. Satt i kjøleskap over natten. Tok ut ved bryggestart. Dekanterte startvørteren. Tilsatte nedkjølt vørter fra kokekar og fikk blandet ut slurryen godt. Mesketemperaturen ble litt lav. 65-66 grader. Med så mye malt, så kan en godt legge på til 76 grader vann. Skyllingen ble på 72 grader. Helt på grensen med plass i meskekaret. Mye proteinutfall i vørter. Dag 1 på gjæring. Det bobler ut av ville helvete. 5 cm tykt skum på toppen. Mye aktivitet i karet.
