Notes

Malt valset med 1,3mm åpning. Noe merkelig med vannvolumet. Er sikker på at jeg hadde i 34 liter, men preboil ble bare 25??? (Skulle vært 30,5) Må dobbelsjekkes i karet neste gang. Fullt fat. Tilsatt 10ml Isinglass på fatet.
