Notes
14. des: Made Activator of 1.5 litre. 150g Light Malt Extract. Pitching Yeast after 3 hours. Using stirrer for three days.
Lots of yeast.
Protein rest at 52C - Water at 58C (I little bit too high)
Saccharification 67C - Adjusted strike water temp to 90C
Decoct 5,6 l - Boil - Strike
Initial Mash out 75C
Mash dropped to 69c when sparging with 76C water
Chilled 20l wort in 7.5 min
Transfered beer from fermenter to carboy with 116g table sugar.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
