Notes

14. des: Made Activator of 1.5 litre. 150g Light Malt Extract. Pitching Yeast after 3 hours. Using stirrer for three days. Lots of yeast. Protein rest at 52C - Water at 58C (I little bit too high) Saccharification 67C - Adjusted strike water temp to 90C Decoct 5,6 l - Boil - Strike Initial Mash out 75C Mash dropped to 69c when sparging with 76C water Chilled 20l wort in 7.5 min Transfered beer from fermenter to carboy with 116g table sugar.
