Notes

Perfect Mash-temp. 67 for one hour. Stirred good at 45, 35 and 20 min left. Preboil gravity is 1.046. Spargewatertemp at 90 is too high. Keep at 85 next time. Had to cool down to get 73-74 degrees sparge temp. 40 min spargetime. Yeast at stirrer for 52 hours. Cooled down over night and decanted. Added wort to "wake" it up two hours before pitching to fermenter.
