Yeast attenuation set to give about 76% AA for Wyeast #1469 at 66.5C. Bit of a guess!
Going with 79% efficiency as crystal & wheat etc.. Ferment at 20C.
495B cells required, yeast viability approx 70%. 2 x 2 litre starter = 522B
