Notes
Substitued Bel Pale and Aromatic for Vienna (store out)
Made 3.75l starter with 4 vials SF Lager. Stir plate for14hrs and cold crashed.
RO water 1/4 tsp per 5 gal and two tsp CaCl2.
Missed mash temp of 150. Added 1/2 gal boiling water to bring to 150 and held for 20min.
Post boil gravity 1.057
