Notes
Mash temp seemed to hold ok enough. Mash pH was right at 5.2. Final Volume was only 2.5 gallons, topped off with water. Had a very nice cold break.
Pitched two month old starter. After 24 hours still no sign of fermentation. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
