Notes

Mash at 147-148 for at least 90 minutes to get very fermentable wort. Pitch two packs of re-hydrated 34/70 yeast when wort temp is around 60-62 degrees. Continue to chill wort down to 52-53 and ferment at that temp. When fermentation slows after 2-3 days bring beer temp up to room temp and let it sit until the fermentation finishes and the yeast drops. Keg it and lager it for a few weeks, then drink.
