Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 81% AA for WLP002 at 64.5C which might be pushing it. Going for 1.009 at 81%, if it only gets to 1.010 (79%) that is fine. 516B cells. New yeast with 57% viability, 3L + 2L starter. Mr Tasty water Tank Top grain bill but dropping Crystal from 6% to 4%. A real mix of hops to use up what I have, also an increase in overall quantity.
