Notes
Classic Oktoberfest style with a little added toastiness from the Special Roast grain. This recipe requires lagering when staying true to style. WLP820 or 34/70 is recommended and fermentation temperature control is highly recommended for true lagering. If fermentation temperature control is not doable, use US-05 and ferment as cool as possible.
