Notes

Transfered 20l water at 78C by pump to cold mashtun got water at 72.5C, mashed in and stabilized at 66.5C-perfect. Worked well At 30 min into mash, stirred and t=66C. 1 l of boiling water added. Sparged with 18l of water at 75C, stirred and waited 5min before running out Hose clamp on mash tun gave good flow for runoff. Used FWH for first time. OG was 14.5P = 1.058 Chilled to 69F, pitched entire 1.1litre starter and set temp control to 67F On day 19 started ramping temp up. At noon on day 20 dry hopped in primary with 31.2 g of Columbus On day 23 cold crashed. Fined with 0.5 tsp gelatin in 1/4 c water Kegged on day 28 FG was 1.012
