15 and half brix... 151 starting mash then after hour brought it up to 154 with decotion.
Everything seemed good with brew day. Memorial Day Brew. Nate and Ryan helped.
Finished at 1.012 Need to mash higher with decotion next time. only got to 154 but next time mash for 148 or 149This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
