Notes
Start fermentaion at 13C, once fermentation has started lower temp to 11C. At end of fermentation rise to 16C for diacetyl rest for 2 days. Lower temp to 2,2C and hold for one week. Add dry hops and hold for 10 days before bottling.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
