8/10/16 Brewday. Dough in 163 (exact) hit 150.7 (+2.7) added a liter of RO water, stirred to 147.6. lid closed 6:15, mash pH 5.24, boil begins 8:25, RO water for mash and sparge, overshot preboil vol to 14.5 gal.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
