Notes

7/27/16 brewday, short a gallon of ro for mash, only had 2 gal of ro for sparge, everything else carbon filtered. Added an extra ml of phos to mash. doeghed in 163.3 (-1) hit 151(+3 go figure) stirred to 146.5 by accident, ok with that. ph was 5.62, added 2.5 ml of acid, mash hit 5.47. mash length extended to deal with sparge water not ready (spaz).
