7/27/16 brewday, short a gallon of ro for mash, only had 2 gal of ro for sparge, everything else carbon filtered. Added an extra ml of phos to mash. doeghed in 163.3 (-1) hit 151(+3 go figure) stirred to 146.5 by accident, ok with that. ph was 5.62, added 2.5 ml of acid, mash hit 5.47. mash length extended to deal with sparge water not ready (spaz).This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
