Notes

7/27 Brewday. Doughed in batch 1 at 165.7(+.7), hit 152 (+2), stirred til it hit 150.3 (+.3). Lid closed 7:28. mash pH 5.41 . mixed up a boil and whirpool addition, but extended boil probably balanced it. 63 liters preboil. forgot sugar, added to fermentor. batch 2 at 165.2 (exact), hit 153 (+!), stirred til it hit 150.1 (+.1). Lid closed 8:15. Boil extended to 70 minutes do to chiller being operated by a spaz (me). sugar added during the chill.
