Notes
Finished at target 1.057 gravity, however 7 litres short (33 litres). 20 litres of wort sparged for small brew. FG was 1.020 and beer was slightly darker than expected, a little stout-ish. Next time I'll reduce the crystal and brown malts.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
