Taste Notes

sparged with 12.72l 27.5l preboil, 23l post boil, 19l into the fermenter. lost a bit when I forgot to turn the pump off. also didnt add trub this time. 25degrees into fermenter took it down to 19degrees before pitching yeast. took 2 hours.
