7/13/16 Brewday doughed in 163 (+1.6) hit 150.3 (+.3) affter stirring a bit lid closed 6:55 am. pH at 10 minutes 5.44. good boil, good chill, flocced, super clear, OG 1.055, pitched 30 of 05 grams without rehydration. Dryhopped loose with D-rest (two days) cold crash, 4 days. Kegged August 4, FG 1.012, ABV 5.6
