Taste Notes

1.037 refractometer after adding vodka (weirdly affects it?)

Notes

Put 1.5C toasted walnuts in mason jar, cover with Vodka (maybe not shit quality). Let sit for about a month. Taste, then remove from nuts. Add to secondary.
