Notes

7/12/16 Brewday, doughin 163.2 (exact) hit 148.5 (+.5), lid closed 7:17. Mash smells a bit grassy. pH at 12 min 5.18. hit 15 gal preboil (+1.5!), Boil begins 10:00. Boil extended by a lot to account for extra volume and i cuz i was distracted. Began recirc at 11:30, added the ten minute at 11:35, flocced at 11:43, whirlpool and flameout at 11:50, cooled well, pitched 40 grams of unhydrated -05 for simplicity. 0G 1.06 Dryhopped loose with D-rest (two days) cold crash, 4 days. Kegged August 4, 1.015, 5.9abv
