7/14/16 brewday dough in 160.3 (+1.2) hit 147.8 (-.2) lid closed at 6:12 am, pH at ten minutes 5.37, 8:30 hit boil, sugar added, 14 gallons. things got a it delayed at the end, hop timing a bit random and boil got an extra 20 minutes. 30g us-05 not rehydrated og. 1.057 Kegged 8/9/16, FG 1.011 ABV 6.2
